We are committed to providing our patients with the best oral surgery treatments available, and we do our best to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our patients. Our fees reflect the usual and customary rates for oral surgery services in this region. The rate you pay for your procedure will largely depend on your insurance coverage and the procedure or procedures you must undergo, among other factors.
Our office staff will gladly file your insurance claim for you and provide an estimate of the cost of your procedure. Please bring your medical and dental insurance information to your consultation appointment so that we can bill your insurance in a timely manner. We will work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
We ask that you pay all estimated patient costs at the time of your treatment. Please note that these fees are estimates, and the actual amount covered by insurance can change because of plan maximums, limitations, and other factors. You are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your treatment, regardless of insurance coverage.
For patients with no dental or medical insurance, we ask for full payment at the time services are rendered. We offer a 5% discount for patients paying with cash or checks.
Parents Paying for a Child’s Care
Please note that the parent who requests treatment for a child will be responsible for paying the balance of services rendered, regardless of divorce status.
Cancellations, No-Shows, and Rescheduling
We have a policy requiring 48 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you do not give us 48 hours’ notice before canceling or rescheduling, you may incur a $30 fee.
Thank you for taking the time to review our financial policies. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our office.
